Gotcha...yeah, our local auction does the same thing with the last minute, keeps resetting to 60 seconds if a bid is entered. I set a max bid and let it ride, if I get it great, if not, I get to watch someone keep upping the price until they get it...lol

I have pretty much given up on HiBid. I have sat at the computer for hours as things get stretched out. Then you miss something as your are trying to wait out the damn soft close. I have still been watching stuff at 1AM. Saturday there is a large sale north of me with 826 items on it. It is on-site and online through Equipment Facts and ProxiBid. The next day is all online with over 1700 items. None are soft close.
