Got the uppers done. They are at 121 now. Also widened the lowers a little. Just need to put bevels on everything and polish exhaust.

John was talkin about it at the shop the other day, he was excited!!!

I only made a few cuts with it but it is very strong.

What do you recommend mate?
I am happy to do a bit of intake filling if necessary.

I am thinking 99/122/80 with a bit of intake filling.

Thoughts?

I wouldn't worry about the intake there, should be fine at 82

It's good don't change it

I took a touch too much out of the squish and ended up at .025 so I sanded another .005 to get squish at exactly .020

Timing finished at 99/123/82.5 with a factory gasket fitted.

I am over the moon with it, now to fire up the dremel to get it flowing a bit better.

Here's the new 064's first 2 cuts,it was hard to put oil in it. Lol
It's completely new so only 13.5k till it runs a little more.

That's the brand new 064 and he didn't want to cut it up so I put a 066 cylinder on it.
It's only made 5 or 6 cuts.
It gets stronger every cut

Dallas wanted to see if his 066 i did would run the 50" 404,it has no trouble
