IIRC, Bret @spencerpaving has a saw with an 056 top end on it. I can't remember what saw though...

I axed for Mista Smooth Arms to comment on the beast in the Around 100cc Thread, but he was silent.

I guess the Disston shook all his fillings aloose the last time, and his vision was effected.

Maybe.

What I'm doing is a 064 with a 056 mag11
P&c. Should be right at 99cc

The thing will be trying to feed the extra cc,case volume will surely play a role when adding that much. I'm pumped to try it

How's your scheduling?

Are you backed up like crazy?

You still tickle me with those hopped up 1122s wearing 20" bars.

I wonder how the 064/056MII will compete with a hot 2100/2101 Husky.

Due to case volume, is this why you are going with the 064?

It would be neat to see the difference in how this jug responds on 064 & 066 cases...

I have lots of long bars but only 20" wood so I see no point in a bunch of bar sticking out.

Send me a 2100 and we'll find out.

I didn't choose to use a 064 it's for a customer but the case volume has me wondering if it will feed the extra cc
They handle a 92cc cylinder fine so I'm betting it will this cylinder too.

660 cases have more volume but I'm not sure it will matter, hell I don't know what all has to be done for it to work,I don't have it in my hands yet but next week I'll find out.

I think it's gonna be stout done right but how much stronger than the 066's here now I don'tknow. It's going to need to be very strong to beat them.
I'm excited to see

I understand completely on the available wood.

I just got this 2100: I want to run it and feel of it first, but I'm not opposed to that.

I'm interested to see how it compares to the hot 066/660s also.

I've never ran a 2100 but I assume it has a longer stroke which will make it hard for the shorter stroked 064/056 to run a long bar like it will. 36" and under I'll take the stihl but I have never ran either so who knows.

If the 2100 is 99cc's and this 064 with 056 Mag cylinder is coming out at 98.5cc's
and both having 56mm bores then i would think both would have the same stroke
or am i missing something. Acres site claims the 2100 is 40mm and the 056 Mag
is 38mm. If there is a 2mm stroke difference then how can they both have the
same cc's.

056 mag on an 066 is the exact same bore and stroke as a 2100. 56mm x 40mm
I'd like to see the case volume on these two side by side counting the bore volume also. Based on DDaves case review that should be a wide reaching difference. How big is the Husqy downstairs?

064 MagII FTW!!
