Use a MS361 coil - could cost a fortune but doable, the flywheel seems to have magnets at both sided, every 180 deg?
And a 088 boot - easy
ring insert - ? ring inside the boot?
and carb - another scarce expensive item in Australia.

The carb is a WG12A and doesn't look much smaller. Less than 0.5mm in it.

Pull the limiters and run it?
