Had a few 460 cylinders here to port when I got around to them. The Rodidney/Farmer of lead dropped one by and Magicman give me one at the gtg. I cut the base and squish yesterday on both. One cylinder had 25 degrees of blowdown and the other 23 stock. Here's some pictures since everyone likes them.

Rodney's is on the saw now. It's getting run first. I got everything going but the muffler modded on that one tonight. Case gasket still isn't in for the other or the piston so 2 is all I can run at the same time. The tank has 440 carb studs so a stack is the only way I can run a filter for now.

Dumb question...what do you do to insure all the aluminum dust/fines are removed? Air gun? Water hose? Vacuum? All the above? There are a million of those things just waiting to scratch something up.

Air whennik grinding. Then I spray with brake cleaner if the cylinder has a chamber with carbon that they stick to. Then a bath in a sink.
