Replacement engine for push mower

I'd imagine if you had the engine type and model number you could find the bolt spacing on the internet .I don't know about push mowers but some of the Murray branded riders had several sets of holes or at least did at one time .Murray at one time was built by the Ohio mower company which was really in Kentucky and built mowers for many brand names .Same basic machine,different color and maybe a different transaxle drive .

The different hp sizes of families are the same bolt patterns. 3.5-5.5. , 6.5-12 ect.

Push mower decks a lot of times have extra holes.

hp class bolt circles are still about the same but sometimes one needs to resize the hole
