Replacement Carb

I replaced the carb on my Echo leaf blower, WYG-14, do I need to remove the plastice plugs so I can adjust the H and L ? What is the best way to remove the plugs if they are inserted?

No. There are no plugs on that. It uses a small D shaped needle adjuster. One needle is in the middle of the rotor and the other is just below and to the right of the primer bulb.
