Just completed a comprehensive overhaul on the Stihl 046. We meticulously disassembled every part, subjecting them to a thorough ultrasonic cleaning process. The crankcase was not only cleaned but also received a durable powder coat finish, enhancing its longevity. Any components that exhibited wear or damage were promptly replaced.

The lower end of the engine now boasts all-new gaskets, bearings, and seals, providing a solid foundation. After a meticulous cleaning, we fitted a brand-new OEM piston, fresh rings, and a new wrist pin.
