Getting big Wayne! How old is he now?
He'll be a year Saturday. Trys to go everywhere with me and mostly does.

Tell us more about this 6.6 gasser! Im interested to see how the 7.3 ford gasser is going to do.
The 6.6 has direct injection with the injectors under the intake. Has a pretty high compression ratio too. Not sure how that will pan out with a heavy load up hill and crappy gas

Looks good.
Did you use the 026 with the hedge trimmer attachment :).
Thanks, used my fs250 kombi with the articulating hedge trimmers attachment, would like to get an fs85 and make a kombi out of it, have only see one kombi 85, they must not have made many of them

Not even sure what models those are. I have a pole saw, it cuts and it has a 12" blade:risas3:.

Haha! Come on now, you know the best part about a Stihl is even if it doesn’t run its highly valuable! Lol

The fs250r is a 40cc two stroke, old school, I love them to death, and it was a standard trimmer setup, Stihl never made them as kombi,(quick replacement ends) so I converted it, it’s a beast, it’s almost too much for many of the attachments, but the pole saw is awesome, lots of power!

They've been direct injected in the half ton 5.3 and 6.2 since 2014.

But are the injectors buried under every thing?

Under the intake, yes.
Thought I still had a pic of one with the intake off, cant find it.
Intake can be off in 15,20 minutes.
You do need special seal installers and sizing dies for them. Sometimes need special pullers to get the rails out too.

I’m for using an excavator and a dump truck on hedges.

But recently got this:

It was near forced on me but I got it running anyway. [emoji2960]

Yes, I do know that, they do all the advertising for me :D.
Last night I just realized I had an ms291 in the basement to sell, perfect for the fall firewood season .

Is that the handlebar unit. It sure sounds good when you are a Honda guy and see the 250r on the end :campeon:.
That's cool you converted it, I like projects like that. I think one of the biggest issues with the kombi line is that it doesn't have enough power. My neighbor has the kombi with a bunch of attachments, he also has an ms 180 and an ms250:aplastao:.
