She hates fireworks, thunder, gun shots, pretty much anything similar.
But she will stand next to a running saw, motorcycle etc...
I got lucky or.my dogs just stupid but she dont mind fireworks guns ,thunder, or sirens. Now my old dog thats gone now. She would tear stuff afart to try and hide. I dont know how many dryer vents she destroyed getting behind washer and dryer.

@Steve

Sorry to bother you guys but I could use some GM help.

05 Malibu 2.2 is throwing a P0463 code (fuel level sensor high) and is keeping it from passing CT emissions.

There's wiring harness at the tank that I assume has the wires for the sender, EVAP, etc.

Can either of you tell me the colors for the fuel level sensor? I want to jumper it out to get the car passed without throwing any money at it (belongs to my girlfriend and her daughter drives it).

Thanks in advance...

Purple and black/white.
Schematic for you.

And connector c413 end view.

Fuel level sensor is a variable resistor.
Open or short will cause a dtc.
You will need to wire in a 40 to 240 ohm resistor in place of sensor. I would go with around 100 ohm, give a reading of roughly half tank. At all times..

Thanks! I'll give it a go in the next couple days and let you know the results.

I can't believe CT won't pass with this code... has nothing to do with emissions.

If you cant source a resistor, let me know, I can send you one.

Is there an access panel to get at the sender under the rear seat/floorboard by any chance?

How is the tank held up? Straps or something else?
No panel. Held in by straps.
No need to drop the tank. You can access the connector c413 at the right side of the tank, on the evap canister.
Just be sure to splice the resistor in on the car side of the wires, not on the sensor side.
