No,, the beach is 300ft away and 5-7 ft lower than me,,,,
since tha pic the water has dropped 2 ft, but we have a storm coming with a inch of rain on a big snow pack,, it may come back up and even much higher, spent today making sure everything is about a foot or so off the concrete floor, and as little floatable in the yard as possible.
Been flooded once b4, messy,, but my neighbors are 3ft lower than me, sucks the big one,,,
