I believe it's an insulation machine. Most likely a pull behind rig.

We use a small portable unit to blow insulation in. I just picked up 60 bags of it for another project.

Great pics! With the fog / low clouds in the first one, kinda looks like the edge of the earth (if it was indeed flat)!
