You guys are a different breed up there lol. It doesn’t get down to -40f all that often here but it has. The boiler just eats more wood. When it’s going to be below -20f I’ll mix in some coal and that really extends burn times. At -19f it’s running for 20min and sitting for 45ish yet so it’s not running flat out by any means.What are you going to do when it gets cold? We just finished a week of 40 to 55 below F
My boiler was running wide open for 11 hours out of 24 to keep the storage temps up
