Morning duckling release, 7:30AM.

Closing in on 2 weeks young & already behaving all ducky.

Hybrid boys have grown big, bigger than the two pure bred Runner gents.
The girls, both Runner & Hybrid, kinda settled regarding growth.

Funny how the Ducks progress interest me. I figure it triggers something about things that were already close to disappearing here, when as I was a kid.

The last broods ducklings have about tripled in size in just shy of 2 weeks.

They grow like mushrooms, it is amazing really.

This is what bone dry beech logs will get You.
Yes, chain is sharp - Husqvarna X-Cut full chisel round ground.
Two tanks of fuel worth, no chain stretch, no chain touch up.
Could have gone a third tank but 35°C & no clouds convinced me otherwise.
