Oaks over 6 inches dbh “can’t” be cut down (except by tree Co’s) and pine/fir soots up the chimney pretty quick. I’m going to be bucking and noodling all of the bigger chunks so I’ll have plenty of material to do some saw comparisons.

These will smoke the tires when you are trying to go up a hill with no weight in them in the snow. Not that I know anything about it. Still pissed I didn't make it up on the 5th try. I'll get it tomorrow morning.

What's new, new guy?

Lots. Sold one house…. trying to hurry up and finish it so I can move on. Also just made a deal to buy some land, and now thinking about how to get a shop built… and power, septic, water, etc, and cut down a bunch of hazard trees. And build a new house.

I guess I’m gonna be busy for the next couple of years.

Can’t quite get out yet.. too much family here in Northern Ca. For now we’ll be moving to a nicer neighborhood, but in the same town. Also going from 1/2 acre to 5 acres, so that will be nice.

Yeah, I know what you mean. When I was 7 my family moved from Baltimore to St Louis. Closest family member was 700 miles away.
