Some pretty big trees up there, there is a 6-7’ hemlock, beautiful tree! And some nice cedar, took some pics with the truck to get some scale on some smaller trees near the road

Guy I did some work for had one of those. It had a hyd 3 blade mower deck up front. Enclosed cab with heat and AC. Total slacker grass mowing machine. Yes I was envious for sure. LOL!!

It’s pretty big too, just a little knarly, It is a Hemlock and must’ve grown up around an old stump, and the old stump is long since gone! there are a few spring board stumps up there

here is two different angles, when the stump rotted out another hemlock grew in there too
you can see the taillights and the front tire, it’s not that big, but a cool tree!

Springboard stump with another hemlock growing out of it, hemlocks love growing out of rotten wood! LOL

Without anything to judge the scale it’s hard to see but this is a really clean monster, probably close to 7 foot, but it’s really hard to get a sense of scale with this one.

This was a pretty gnarly and twisted , real close to 5 foot at the bottom

Cut a load wood this morning. Made a few cuts with the 066. It cut ausome hut was leaning in the cut so put it away. Probly needs crank seals.
Used the old mac for the rest other then the couple small peaces and trimming a path to the tree. That old saw sure cuts good for its time.
