Looks good from Cleveland Mike LOL!! Seriously good looking project. Your starting off hard doing all the miter cuts my man. Good deal I don't see any two inch wide weld seams as a gap filler. Definitely a ROPS structure when your done. Have a goodin!!

Remember " A grinder and paint makes me the welder I aint"

Also you can take a tip from the Chinese and after grinding fill the low spots with some putty to smooth everything out lol.
