You can get pretty decent coffee for those now too. Onenation out of Charleston puts out excellent Kcup pods at reasonable prices (if you’re into that sort of thing). Either way, it’s a much better option than energy drinks.

I got a refillable cup I use.

Me too, because I drink coffee in MASS QUANTITIES ...but I buy the good stuff to enjoy every now and then. Other than Dr Pepper, coffee is my only true vice

Lol I'm on 3rd shift so coffee is a necessity more than a vice............

Thanks and how have you been?

Good. Catching up on work, rest and projects. Was gone most of the summer on fires out here. Just getting our first rains in NorCal. Still a few fire starts in SoCal

Here's an interesting advertisement on the side of a business in a town next to mine.View attachment 271894
A Q-Anon banner on a business? Wow.
Watching the news here, the US looks like it's in meltdown.
I remember when we used to be the bastion of democracy. Those were good days...
As an American living outside the US, I get to see and hear what others think of us and wonder about us, and also get to learn a lot about life outside the US. Sort of like being on the outside looking in. It certainly changes a person. I used to be amazed at how polarized America was, especially since some other countries have dozens of political parties, but recent events just makes it all look hopeless sometimes. We're all Americans. It's too bad we can't love each other and work towards sharing the country together. That's one of the main differences I see here in European countries - they act more or less like it's a community. A shared past and a shared culture, especially in homogenous Ireland, but still true in most other countries here. They see themselves all in the same boat and try to help each other. Well, besides a few in Britain ;)
America has becomes so fragmented and tribal and so uncompromising. I wonder what the future will bring.

Well hopefully some good rains and snow pack settle in and you'll have a calm fire season this year.
