I live in a town with a healthy apple industry, so I know what you mean. Our favorite orchard has a few Honeycrisp trees just to keep city folks happy, but they aren't really a good apple for keeping, cooking, cider, or anything. There's nothing better than a good cider made from the right mix of apples. Around here they use Macintosh, Jonathan, and in the later season, Northern Spy. That's the one that makes a real good cider.

I don’t know these breeds of apples but are they a nice wooly texture
Just right for the press

That sucks Tony. Do they put you in a back-up truck pretty quick when that stuff happens?
Yes, unless they have the parts in Kansas City to send down tonight, then I can be back in that one tomorrow. There are only two trucks of that size and if they can't get that on going I will be in a smaller one. Kinda sucks being that I run an industrial route and the packages can get to be rather large and heavy. I crawled under the truck while I was talking to the mechanic and pulled the upper oil cooler line back and had oil shoot out. It was between lower line and power steering line and had just wore a hole in it. Truck has an 8.1 so parts are hit and miss in the system.
