We got both our Equinox seals done and gone today. Still havent seen a cracked oil pump yet!
Nice! Not too bad of a job, are they?
I think I'm on #23 or something like that for this winter.

Looks good Steve! I totally understand the sound on a daily!! I couldn’t have a conversation with someone in the camaro if I touch the throttle at all, I should probably do something different for exhaust if I want to go on longer drives! My 03 Silverado has a flowmaster and it sounds nice but zero drown! The old 81 gmc has a glass pack but also the stock brick catalytic converter, and it is super quiet! I like it that way!! That one would be nice with an electric cutoutJust could not handle the drone from my *b-wordin' magnaflow duals so i put some stock 3/4 ton exhaust on the ferd. Had to drop the inlet pipe 3" so made a pipe using two 2.5" turn downs from off the shelf stuff at oreillys. Damn cheap thin pipe is real hard to butt weld without burning through. Its 2.5" in with dual 2" pipes exiting the right side. Nice and quiet now with more flow than a stock 4.9 (@Dub11) will ever need.

Just curious. What seals you talking about that go on the equinox? Our 2018 is randomly drinking coolant. We got both our Equinox seals done and gone today. Still havent seen a cracked oil pump yet!

Saw over 20 eagles yesterday, an osprey, great horned owl, and a couple peregrine falcons, as well as a couple of those little hawks or whatever they are that get the mice out of the fields.
Almost half of the eagles were juveniles, never seen more in a day, I didn't sound a few as there was a possibility that some could have been doubles.
These are all juveniles, this is about 1/4-1/2 mile from our house.

There are seven in this picture(I know it's like seeing a picture of Sasquatch lol), they're eating dear carcasses, talked to the farmer and he said they are there all the time(I just found this spot).

This one flew over us about 5 miles away from the carcass farm.
The rare thing about this picture is the bits of blue sky in the background.
Woke to a blue sky today, now it's partially cloudy, sure is beautiful.

It was, we've seen them for many yrs, but never that many in one day. When we have a bunch of sub zero days in a row and the rivers freeze up(doesn't happen every yr, and certainly not this yr) I like to take a drive to lake Michigan where the Grand River dumps into the lake, they keep it open there and many types of birds hang out there.Nice too see them
