Dunno if anyone saw it, but I laughed when I saw this episode.

Better than what, having the hood of a ford open lol.
Just replaced the coil on my 99 suburban, what a stupid setup the bracket is, they could have easily mounted it on the firewall instead of right on a hot engine, but it would be hard to run the coil wire to the cap from there I guess lol. On my 72 Chevelle I had an Accel coil hidden in the cowl under the wiper motor/linkage with a through the "wall" adapter, nice and clean and it was in a cool location and kept it looking closer to stock. I've also built a good number of S-10's and I always mounted a solenoid on the firewall with a heavy wire to the starter and a jumper on the solenoid on the starter. No-one should have to loosen those trigger wire nut's or the battery cable on a hot small block, but I guess it would be easier with a lift lol.

Next step is to modify the engine cover.
I was joking cause they are so small.
It looks great in the video thread.
Youre gonna have to jump I to 404 to load it up better. A helper handle on the end would keep it from jumping so much too :D.
How long does it take to tear that little bugger down to work on it. Lools like it's worth it.
