Thanks buddy, maybe Tuesday :).
Got that hanger down and pushed over the tree that was leaning in the front today.
I still have the good sized black locust that was leaning in the picture with the hanger, but I removed the smaller locust on the same stump and the medium locust to the left that had a little weight on it. The bummer about the good sized one is that it has so much internal damage you can read the tension/pressure so it's a great place to get stuck. I managed to get stuck once tonight, I dropped the oak that the cherry was resting on, then I was blocking it down after it hung on a branch(knew it might happen depending on how the cherry limb pushed it). So I cut the top and then dropped down to cut the bottom leaving a little holding wood as a hinge, but when I did I cut a couple inches to far into the hinge so when I cut thru the bottom it pinched , I'm over it as it wasn't the first and won't be the last especially on storm damage.

My DVD player has an HDMI cord, it's a blue ray.
I don't have a system, but it would be nice to connect it to my MacBook to watch youtube vids.

I probably shoulda mentioned DVD-Blue Rays. Ya got me there. When they were prototyping BR, they had all sorts of names, but DVD sorta stuck cause folks were used to seeing DVD, thus DVD-BlueRay or Blue-Ray DVD became the name. Blue Ray(which is a violet ray, just a bit higher energy/smaller wave length), has much more density than standard DVD and is capable of 4K, and def would have an HDMI out. Blue Ray and standard DVD are very different products.

We are already seeing 4K televisions here for decent prices. The hard part is finding 4K media. I am noticing that they're slowly creeping in 2K/HD to SKY's standard broadcast without actually saying they are. The reason for not announcing it is likely because it is freaking 2019! We should all have had 2k/HD on everything years ago! And, this is the worst part, it is all marketing if you do not have HD. You only need about 1TB storage on your DVR. The signal is being blasted upon us all from space already anyways, and has been for years. It doesn't take any more than just the upgraded DVR compared to the old non HD DVR.

With a media box, you can connect your macbook to whatever or your smart TV to the macbook or the internet or the satellites. They all work off wifi. You simply plug whatever signal you want to share in to the media player(usually the router signal). I used a WD/Western Digital device to watch YouTube on our TV. It talks to the internet router.

No router here, just a wireless internet card. I saw an adapter I could use and then just hook the HDMI cord to the TV, it has a couple different hookups for it, and enough jacks and whatnot behind you'd think you were hooking to a huge old school receiver lol. The great thing is the player and tv are both Panasonic and they work flawlessly together.

Thanks a lot for the offer, it would be great to have you over again :).
Well Tuesday would be the first day I'm available with your current schedule.
I've been running quiet saws, the stuff I've been doing was pretty sketchy, no earmuffs either, things start to go you better be ready to move NOW!
I plan on burning a lot of the brush tomorrow and should be a good way on having everything out of the main areas as well as the smaller hangers all pulled down.

Did a door install today, solid cvg fir, way to expensive, but nice! 8B2FC4A9-E055-483F-A441-BAA674F4DC3F.jpeg
I don’t enjoy installing the hardware, it a pain! And a mistake means you eat a $2000 door, and the door comes unfinished! He wanted to reuse the old lock set, it’s a Baldwin so it’s quality but still used and 17 years old!113309E6-6F6B-4CC1-80C3-620ACA34A96B.jpeg 1BFFE803-CBA1-4FE3-9DBB-40FA0614DD8B.jpeg 5F004A51-3435-4DF9-96AE-145B5FEEE4B4.jpeg 538F42D8-A7F3-4A31-B9A5-B92FBF2B6EC1.jpeg

Work Tuesday otherwise I'd be on my way. My schedule is the only thing I don't care for with this job so far!

Pic I took at Morgantown Powersports in WV. When I was a young pup, a school friend finally got his dirt bike hauled to a friends house to ride for the day. It was a CR80 like this one. He was the type to hardly ever wind it up to get in the powerband. I asked and he let me ride it. I wound er up good, and it flew!! I don’t think he was too impressed with me but he wasn’t pissed. Left a helluva impression on me.

Some good friends of ours bought one for their son (my good friend at the time) when we were 12 - that is a scary fast bike for a 12 year-old. He ended up wiping out on it a few months later - almost killing himself and totaling the bike in the process. He was doing about 60 across the back 40 and hit a deep ditch that he didn't see. He bent the frame into the motor and was thrown probably 40 feet off the bike.

Definitely not a beginner bike! They rip pretty good. I remember that ride pretty vividly, I wound it out across a field and when I got off I wanted one in a bad way.

Thanks bud.

Water is fifty degrees coming from the bottom of Table Rock Lake. Flow is wildly variable depending on power generation schedule.

Iffin they blow the horn, best to get out of Dodge!

When ever we go to Branson we spend alot of time on Taneycomo. Love how it has a "tide".

No problem, I'll just keep picking at it.
Knocked out a little less than I had hoped, but you know you have to have a goal to shoot for.
Got a large portion of the brush burned, basically everything from in the yard frond and back as well as all the brush off the cleaners.
Kinda stunk, the way the trees fell they would hang up then you'd get them out from between those two trees and they would jamb between the next set, long process for sure.
I have plenty more to do, so maybe another day :).
