Cut an orange in half and put it on the top spike . Add a teaspoon of grape jelly to it. The Orioles really like the jelly and oranges.

I forgot to add, she did that on the other corner of the house to try and lure them away from the hummingbird feeders.
So far, it hasnt worked. Thats why she's mad!

Water is coming up as we continue to get rain EVERY day. This is on my way to work this morning through a little town called Chelsea. I can go safely thru until the water is up to the top of the fire hydrant.

Good news about my post pounder. After I got the hydraulic hoses corrected to fit my tractor I tried it out and I'm able to fit a 10' pole under it with 6" to spare! I gave a post 2 whacks and it was 4" into the ground. I think this will work just fine as long as I dont wait for the ground to dry out.
