Fost line is nearly 4 ft, fence is 5 ft and they dont sell 9' posts.
More is better right?
They might become 9ft real quick!

Need some ramps to drive up on.

This is what I was going to say. Cut some wedges to give it lift. Back the tractor up them and go to pound town..
:D

Sounds sketchy, I like it. Probably not practical though when I have almost 70 post to pound for this one pasture and have 3 more pasture in the future. I'll likely make a 2ft extension for my 3pt arms.

You got any kids?

Have them dig some 2 foot holes.

Or if you cut them down borrow someone else's saw lol.

She plants like my wife! Except i think my wife would have squeezed 50 in that plot. :D
They wander all over anyway. Threw some pumpkin from the yard waste dump into the compost pile. Large thick vines with a few nice pumpkins. Direct experience from next year.

Depends on the horses. Warmbloods that are trained to jump probably see 4ft as a dare.
Buffalo don't find 5' a dare or a problem. There's a little herd just off hwy 21, large commercial outfit over West of Potosi IIRC. Thought wood be less going direct to supplier. At least a buck a pound less at at a high price specialty store in St. Louis county:risas3: isn't really worth the effort.

Water is coming up as we continue to get rain EVERY day. This is on my way to work this morning through a little town called Chelsea. I can go safely thru until the water is up to the top of the fire hydrant.

Here's the garden. I told my wife to keep it simple this year so we have 33 pumpkin plants.:risas3: I guess we're having a pumpkin stand this year.
