If I knew this kinda stuff went on at the yard waste dump I'da gone there sooner. But Townsend tree service guys say dint happen before I showed up

Mid twenties FoMoCo gas guages. I welcome corrections if I am incorrect, but knowing how much room was left in the tank wood help then. The visible gas pumps showed the purity of the gasoline before gravity pushed it down the tube into tank. Looking at too much in the glass might cause overflow. Only ones I have ever seen.
