Im not sorry. Does that help?Mean. Hurtful.
Not sure, there were several old cabins and outbuildings there that burned in a forest fire. Was a date on an old concrete,,well? Maybe, that read 1927What was on that foundation?
Good. I do feel much better now.Im not sorry. Does that help?
Between a 288 and a 064, I feel pretty set. The 288 is pulling full comp .404 on a 36 inch bar in 34+ inches of hardwood with authority. I don't see the need for a 2100 or a 395 after running this 288. I wouldn't complain if I had one, but I couldn't practically justify it.View attachment 460120
I ran 181/281 then 288s since the 80s
Still my favorite large saw I have 395s also
I made a 288xp lite clone last year
Beaglebriar ported a non decomp oem cylinder and I used a cut down 066 piston
Really impressed with this saw now
I save my oem stuff it's getting long in the tooth.

I bet.That stump was quite a bit of work… I’m sure glad it’s gone.
Sitting here with a full belly, from a large supper earlier. I can't/don't eat the chewy organs, But @#%* that plate has my mouth watering!
