My status holds true once again. Stuck on 85. What’s new?

This is what happens when you combine the worst drivers in the nation with an international airport and the only BMW manufacturing plant in North America. (less than 1 mile from each other.)

Drove from VA to GA on a semi-regular basis with the kids at UGA. I-85 was under construction the whole time, and still is a royal PITA. No argument on the driving abilities either, posted 65 and no one traveling below 85, gotta be a better route.
To paraphrase CDB, I wonder if anyone would think I flipped if I went to Athens GA.....by way of Omaha...

This little cockaboose reminded me of those little trains they have at fairs and school festivals. I’ve always wondered what kind of engines they’re packing.

1st 2 pics are Glacier national park. Top pic is somewhere near Polebridge MT, 2nd pic on going to the sun road.
3rd pic somewhere between Hulett WY and Alzada Mt.
4th, Vanocker canyon between Sturgis SD and Nemo.
5th, Spearfish canyon, Spearfish Sd

Unfortunately no. Last time we were there it was only 8am but there wasn't a parking spot to be had. On the western side we went north past Polebridge and the park service turned us back when we were coming back in because it was full..
Very different from the 1st time we were there in 05 or so.
We ended up down by 2 Medicine Lake hiking and there was nobody there. This was in 2019.
