I was down at my mom's for the 4th and we took some friends to the fireworks show - It was 114° at the fairgrounds.

It cooled off to 108° by Saturday though and wasn't too bad. I was thinking of you guys that have older square body trucks with no A/C...

Yes, it’s been pretty hot, there were a couple times. We were out in a field working and it was 106°. That’s a lot for the coast.! The 5th it was officially in the 90°’s that the earliest I can remember it hitting 90 here in my lifetime, there are years that we don’t even hit 80° for a high

Redding hit an all time high of 119° on July 6. We are 40 miles west of Redding and typically a few degrees cooler… But it’s pretty hot in this part of the country. 100 miles west to the coast it will be in the 60s most days.

I’ll trade ya some humidity for some heat, air so thick, you can cut it with a knife, Lol mid 90,s East Coast, humidity is awful feels much hotter , Next few days going to triple digits heat index,
