Yea , the real estate is absolutely insane!! , but the landscape is amazing , flew into Flagstaff that was a little sketchy, lol

There has been a family of pure Black squirrels since day one.
Took this pic an hour ago.
Guees its Genetics?
I've never seen a Black Squirrel anywhere else.

I see them here..
But strange enough only on the south end of my property.
And I only see the small red Squirrels on the north side..
