Local community college. Bad thing is they were sitting in the car. Too lazy to turn their head to watch the doors. Now I am wondering if they even had handicapped plates or a hang tag.

OMG David! Exact same thing happened to my uncle about 10 years ago. Ended up having his hip replaced due to the damage. I absolutely hate people that have no regards for others.

Prayers and good thoughts sent to your buddy and his family.

My distant cousin was just T-boned. Broke both legs, both arms and had a collapsed lung. The pined both legs back together and plated her arms back together.
