Looks good Andrew. So your secret to following the yellow brick road is with a wide stainless band on those 6x6's? I like your thought process on that for sure. Saves a ton of time on not having to cut miter joints. Covers all joints and gives variable angle flexibility. Good job!
Gotta ask is that a pine tree or what. Looks big and ugly LOL!!

Did some t and g today, can you find the seams? lol they are back 45° it helps, but it is wood! Lol Installed all that on one 2ah battery, I am impressed

Nope, not this job, you can give the customer the option, some want it some don’t. It’s been acclimating for a while, and that helps. Pre sealing and finishing is great, but also expensive. We got a quote for that, and it was $8500 just for that on this job. and the pine was $3500, so it’s a pricey option.

Agree, labor is crazy here, electricians, plumbers and mechanics are getting $100-125 an hour, so now everyone is having to charge a lot to stay in business
