Air hammer and a long chisel will knock that nut right off. Too late now though.

Yup! Too many hacks out there now. Very few mechanics.

Tried that as well. Was actually cutting into the corner of the nut. Finally gave up with bleeding hands and said screw it. Torque specs is only 98ft pounds. This was much more than that. Drift punch I had holding the pulley didn't fair well with my pounding to loosen the thing. Looks to be original pulley as well so I am replacing it with the thicker one that came out in 05. While reading up on pump replacement I read the TSB that called for the change.

Orchard tree killing spree from yesterday, this will kinda be the slaughter house.

Much easier firewood than messing with soaking and pressing paper, no?!
But, for those of You that do make paper bricks - a coworker of mine mixes wood chips into his paper mash. ;)
I was looking at my planer and jointer shavings Saturday night, and wondering the same thing... I might need one of them there brick makers. It would at least be a nice fire starter.

Definitely! Although, you can't easily put a match to these bricks and get them to light up. I guess if you didn't compress much it would work. The tighter and bigger you pack, the longer they'll last. I wood guess sawdust soaked for a while would become a good binder. Long noodles don't work for chit, so if your planer has long ribbon, may need to soak for a little longer, unless it's really thin material (which planer usually is).
