Lucky, I got the rear wheel stuck in one. It was hovering free over the hole supported by the mower and front wheels. It took some forward and reverse rocking with a wheel brake on to finally get out.

Having the loader saved me. Just jacked the front up and backed up over the hole. No loader would have been much more exciting.
