Been below freezing for 10 days now. Been below zero for 3 days now. Got 3in of snow a week ago, 2in on Saturday, 6in yesterday, and more coming tomorrow!

You all that voluntarily live in the north are nuts!:D

Gonna be in the mid 50's next week though! :cheer:

We're messed up in the head, but I love it.

Tire chains would help you 1000% with your snow pushing. Those R-4 tires aren't super grabby in the white stuff.

It was -20 again here this morning. Getting used to it. At least it hasn't been snowing. One thing that would make a huge difference would be having your shop insulated. When its cold it's nice to be inside warm.

Decided to spray foam insulate and install a ceiling and blown in. Going to save all my lawn mowing money this year and do it this fall. Had the diesel heater and wood furnace going last Sunday and it was a balmy 45 inside.

They did great so far but is was a very light powder snow. We won't see this much snow for probably 5-8 years.

Holy moly bowly

freehand “milled” with the 2166, “carved” with the 2139. Think 2050 would be better for that...

No snow but lots of rain! Portland, the valley got snow and freezing rain, lost tons of trees in the mountains from freezing rain! But the coast stayed warm-ish it was just above freezing here when the moisture came. And today was 46 but wet 52EF0506-1036-496C-9734-69A984FBCAB5.jpegF7558FA7-2689-4071-944C-7B83DF8173CF.jpeg

That's with a new camera there. Well, new to me, it's a 5 year old FujiFilm X-T1. I am kicking myself for not using one earlier. Fujifilm cameras have a way of making digital images look film-like(shocker). Even though this was hugely over exposed, it came otu brilliantly. You can see how I drew back the highlights by looking at what high contrast there is in the clouds above the 'circle K' sign.

If you want a film simulation, it has those as well.
Here's the camera using the 'classic chrome' aka Kodachrome filter:

And even just using the standard setting and shooting raw images to (gently)process later, it still has a film-like appearance:

I added some sharpness to the foreground, higlighted the subject just a touch so it stands out since it was in shade and I didn't want to touch it to move in to the light(it's a discarded mask), added a vignette, and that's it. The rest Fuji did.

View attachment 283344 EPA fuel can that isn’t horrible
I respectfully disagree
I've had no end of trouble with them
When I drill the safety baffle out
With a 1/2 inch drill
I don't throw them away as quickly
As I do when they haven't been drilled.
