I have a Pro-Lift Mower Lift model T-5305. The hydraulic jack raises but will not lower. I've followed their instructions for bleeding 3 times but no change. Any ideas?

What all does that entail? Expensive? Are parts still available for this-it's over 10 years old. Thanks.

Can you put up pic of what you turn/unscrew to lower the lift.
What ever you turn should just bleed off pressure from the ram.
Seems like it is blocked behind this screw and not releasing pressure.
Know nothing about this type of lift.
Assume it works just like a bottle jack.
