the husky fell down on the job it must be drunk.

All the Frikkin screws fell out of it and it just fell apart....

after it took 45 minutes to restart in the heat...

before it bogged...

eh....you know the drill....

the Stihls are there for the actual time when "cutting wood" was the desired result as opposed to looking good while "talking" about cutting wood....

over.

well just for the record. he wouldn't even know about the "unicorn" cylinder if I wasn't a moron and told him about what Tree Monkey told me.

as for how he ports saws: I didn't say anything about that...and from the sounds of what everyone is saying he does a hell of a job.

as for the "unicorn". Tree monkey figured that out long ago and I walked a couple of people through exactly what it was, thinking tree monkey had disclosed that...which he didn't. My bad...I very much regret saying anything.

All I am saying is credit should be given to TM...with out him this thread wouldn't even exist.

Tree Monkey should be given credit - he is the one who figured out the unicorn cylinder on the 066 660.
LOL
I didn't know Scott built cylinders for Stihl.
I'll wager that I've timed more 066/660 cylinders than most anyone and I found a good one so I somehow owe him credit?

How do you function with your entire head up his ass?
If he wants credit for mahle building a good cylinder let him get on here and ask but I bet that don't happen.

whatever man. You had no clue what it even was until I walked you through it. Then months later when you finally found one. You wanted to sell it to me for $300+
You don't know enough about this to be saying the things you are, anybody that ports saws could time this cylinder and know it's special.

Your mad cause I wouldn't sell it to you, like I said it's not for sale.
A oem terrible 660 cylinder is 300$ so this one in a million+ cylinder is worth who knows how much and that's why I gave it away.

you wanted to know how "the precious" was fast. I explained the unicorn cylinder you needed. I explained it all to you, like a fool.

I'm not mad you wouldn't sell it to me. I told you I personally didn't want it. I would however buy it because tree monkey wanted to see if he could duplicate the precious" and that is the cylinder he would need to do it.

All you had to do was give a little credit to TM. Not me I don't want any...nor deserve any.
So I owe you the glory?
Thanks for telling me about a good cylinder and how to build a strong saw.

what part of "Not me, I don't want any...nor deserve any." did you understand?

I didn't tell you how to build a strong saw. I told you how to build "the precious". TM's 064/066 unicorn saw.
But he didn't build it like his at all. Hell I'd know that was a good cylinder if I had timed it.

Without anyone walking me through how TM's precious was built

Yes but I've never built one like it.
There's nothing about this saw or any other i build that's like his.

Scott's a good builder but I had my way years before I ever heard of him or anybody else for that matter.

It's a good cylinder but I have 2 more that are as good so who should I give credit too?

Scott's saw has a 288 piston and is 101.5 122 or 123 and somewhere around 80
You didn't tell me that he posted it.

Doesn't matter anyway cause I do it completely different than he does.

Now are you done? I am,
