I let it idle for 3 or 4 minutes before I made the cut, besides that it hasn't ran since yesterday.

Leave the H alone it sounds good, turn in the L jet (clockwise) slowly till you hear idle rpm just barely start to rise then leave it there with the LA set to 2800-2900rpm. Rwj can be fussy on L adjustment sometimes.

Right after I said I'd leave it where it's at I walked out back and leaned it out a little, just to see how it would do. It cut about the same so 13,500 seems to be where it needs to stay. The video is with it leaned out.

Looks pretty good! If you haven't already, throw an 8pin rim on it. They make enough torque that you won't lose the lugging power and you'll gain some chain speed.
