Pls help me identify today’s finds

After 35 minutes, one bloody finger, and a lot of sweat, I unearthed these goodies from a pile of scrap and brush that the neighbor dumped on the far side of my grandmas farm many years ago. The one thing appears to be a Simplicity mower or snowblower hood, and I’d like to know what it goes to. The engine is a McCulloch, perhaps one of those McCulloch go-kart or drone motors that I’ve heard of? Of course when I saw the Automower handle I was hoping there’d be a whole lawn boy below it, but nope, just the handle. I also found a vintage WI lisence plate. If anyone recognizes what the Simplicity and McCulloch stuff is for that’d be great.
Perhaps @heimannm knows what the McCulloch is…

That is a moped engine, BHE90 or some similar model. The rest of the bike was put together by AMF if I recall.

I think the only documentation I have are hard copies with a NOS engine in the display. That stone looking piece on the output shaft is a friction wheel that drove the bicycle/moped tire directly.
