Over priced or under priced? $7100 for 661

I don't feel like I ever got a straight answer on much of anything from the guy. From what I could tell he has 4 levels of porting. Shipping to and from is the responsibility of the customer.

from what I could gather over numerous emails these are the names of the levels and approx costs.
zip kit - ~$400
insanoized - ~$500
ss insanoized - ~$600
psychoized - ~$1,000

This is what I've heard:

woods port: $425
extreme: $525
insane-o-ized: $625
"ss" option (?): +$250

I didn't see who made it but I did notice the $200 price difference between the 32" bar and 36".
