Morning didn’t get off to a smooth start. New truck was dead in the garage. Not sure if Elliott left his door open or turned on his interior light on Friday but it was a no go this morning. Roadside assistance was there very fast so made it the Dr on time. Now just the usual wait in the Drs office...

Here the heat is up to the sub trades. An electrician I do a lot with budgets $750/ house for heat in winter. Has dropped builders that wouldn’t pay his charge. Not making his guys work in 20 below temps without relief.

Dr. is a little concerned about me, my blood pressure tests higher at home than it does at her office. Usually the other way around... Overall doing very well all things considered, very pleased with some of the other test results she ran, better than they have been in a while. Seems that abiding by this Celiac diet is having some other positive effects too.

Now at the office and hoping it is too cold for all the Gov't workers that have the day off don't come shopping...
