Hola, peeps.

Got the 246 running last night. Well, it ran a few days ago but got an 18” Oregon b/c on it and test cut with it. Damn! That is one high strung little screamin demon!

Finished off an MS250, MS251, MS193t, 2 turd Poulans, an Echo 280 and that 246 last night. Everyone needs their equipment “ASAP” but don’t want to pay for it. Saw shop has 6 week wait time (and they get $65 an hour) and you want to bust my stones for an extra $25 because its a rush job? Go fluck yourself you cheap-ass felching *f-wordtard

Well if they dont want to pay you should sell them.

Not that easy here. State law requires I file a mechanics lien with the state, in writing, within 30 days of them being 90 days past due on payment. I have to send the owner a certified letter 3 seperate times advising them of the lien. Then, 120 days after the letter sent to the state will they release the equipment to me.

Not doing it that way equates to me “stealing” the equipment if I don’t return it to them. One of the downfalls of not being an actual business with written and signed estimates.

Sounds like you need to be a pre pay shop.

So are you just gonna set on them till they pay up?

Morning crew...68 heading 93 and clear. No Sat/Sun work this wknd and off Mon for the holiday. Won’t know how to act with three days off.

Would like to get to the GTG this wknd but not gonna happen...too much around the house/yard needs attention and my sisters' back in the hurt locker somewhat with this colon cancer stuff and she needs all the help she can get right now.
