Can't say about the 2100, but I have used a lot of Meteors in other saws with great success. My go to piston.

I'm moving that way also. I was previously a die hard OEM type, but Stihl changed that with their prices.

Last couple I've used have been great. Very well made pistons and the Caber rings are bueno too!
