Evening fellas

Car got cleaned sanded and polished. Still have to finish the hood/trunk.

Got a dumpster load outta the new house, squished it down a couple times with the loader tractor. Should only be one more dumpster full of stuff.

60/40

I hired a contractor to finish gutting the basement, remodel 1 bathroom, and patch /prep all the walls.

I plan on doing the floors/paint and kitchen cabinets. Prolly pay someone to do the countertop and carpet upstairs.

Figure I'm doing about 40% lol

Its a tossup what sucks worst
Taking up brittle asbestos tiles
Or those glue down tiles.
Gonna *s-wordrock the wall's?
That's my least favorite
We farmed that out on my nephew's house
A crew of 6 did it in one day 2000sq ft house.
Well worth it.
