Got a dumpster load outta the new house, squished it down a couple times with the loader tractor. Should only be one more dumpster full of stuff.

Tiles are gone. They popped right off. Them are the stains. Gonna take an acid was to clean them off.

I hired a contractor to finish gutting the basement, remodel 1 bathroom, and patch /prep all the walls.

I plan on doing the floors/paint and kitchen cabinets. Prolly pay someone to do the countertop and carpet upstairs.

Figure I'm doing about 40% lol
