I got a black 238 G handle who is the same handle as 242 used, but I'm more interested to build up that 238 compared to get heat in my last 242. My only chance is to get one handle is from Sweeden, errrr, 2-4 handle...
Both 242 and 254 was very cool saws in this era, from 86 until well over midd 89 handle bar, speed & lock, brake flag, fuel & oil cap, choke, where black.
As always with them 242/254's Mike, its a piece here and there who finish them
