I'm doing good. How are you doing DJ?How's it going Mike?
Good. Just being lazy..I'm doing good. How are you doing DJ?
Fixed a saw today that the piston pin came out of and lodged itself in the lower transfer port not allowing it to be pulled over to start. Had to do a little twisting and turning to get the cylinder to get turned loose. Saw had zero damage and I put it back together again with a new circlip. Unreal.
No table today I take it lol? I'm just messing with a few things on my 266xp.Good. Just being lazy..

Was that the 440 you show a pic of in the oil thread?
Yes.

Where did the circlip end up?
That's the other million dollar question, I never founded it. Scoured the crankcase for hours.
A friend gave me 272 spikes and a carb. He also had a 266xp top cover we traded out. Have you tried a 272 carb on a 266?Horry clap!![]()
Was it rebuilt before and put back in?
What's up Wayne? What's this bucket truck talk? Was it rebuilt before and put back in?

Yeah the idle screw is the only hiccup I see so far. Not sure what to do about it yet. Don't really want to take the cover off to adjust idle. Here in a little bit I will put it on and see what exactly can be done.I have not. I think you might have to put a notch in the top cover to access the High idle screw and might be better with a 272 style guide. I believe your 266 has a built in screw in the case?
Lol they do make some tree work pretty easy, but not very cheap at all.Just talking about my dream car lol.
