That is a new one on me. I'll keep an eye open to see if any of my favourite roasters release any.

We roasted a bunch of different kinds small samples and the timor came in first with Sumatra second

We tested samples from theses countries - Mexico, Colombia, Nicaragua, Sumatra and Ethiopia and Timor
The Timor is a little more rare but the best I have ever had by far.

Thanks. I am always excited at this time of year as it is usually about now the new crop of Ethiopian beans start coming out. That is usually my favourite followed by Costa Rican.
