Moved a bunch of wood closer to the boiler with the skid loader, talking a "winter storm" lol
It's in northern California. I posted a video about it a page or two back. It's a really neat place. I have been going there for 9 years, and still haven't seen it all.Where are these gold fields you speak of, I have been considering a calif type ride,.preferably to coincide with the ElDiablo or similar run, just to say I've been to the west coast. Although N. Cal. Or,Wa are probably more appealing in general vs. Baja, or maybe not, maybe an all inclusive package...
Ain't it great!![emoji3][emoji3]Moved a bunch of wood closer to the boiler with the skid loader, talking a "winter storm" lol
Something along the lines of a YZ450F??? How far are you from the redwood forest? That would be real cool, and I'm sure I'd have something for you to ride out there.

Probably about an hour and a half away from 2 different redwood parks. I will see what I can do about the Yamaha lol.Something along the lines of a YZ450F??? How far are you from the redwood forest?

They are something else. It's hard to describe it, but they are huge. I have been to the one in Arnold, California. I'm pissed for missing the drive thru one that fell in a storm.I'd love to see them big ol' trees someday.
I wonder if you can climb them? Probably frowned upon. They are something else. It's hard to describe it, but they are huge. I have been to the one in Arnold, California. I'm pissed for missing the drive thru one that fell in a storm.

Yeah it's a big no no to climb on them. It would be cool though to get 300 feet up or more.I wonder if you can climb them? Probably frowned upon.

I think you can get permits or do it on private property as long as the owner is good with it.I saw a documentary or something where college students were doing some kinda research. Climbing with ropes and stuff. Looked really cool.
