Just got home from the doctor. Got a meter to keep up with my glucose levels.

I've lost 12lbs since my last visit.

Life is good.

Any specific tips on dropping the baby fat? I just cut out the Pepsi and candy bars so I should shed some pounds quick right off the bat here. Was a junk food junkie. Just a few days and I can tell a slight difference already.

Take out all breads, sugars, taters, and pastas for a few weeks. Avoid anything processed.

I've found that after detoxing for a few days, I enjoy the taste of real food.
