Had first checkup today after knee surgery today. Doc says i can start to bend it now and start therapy. Still no weight for 4 to 6 more weeks. He says it looks good and its not as loose. I hope to be walking by new years. This has been a long time down. I feel like im starting to see light now.

Stick with that therapy, angle of deflection stuff. You’ll be better in the long run.
