Looks like I'm putting my spiny thingy back in the 272 jug. I took another .020 off the base and out of the chamber tonight and rechecked the port timing.
I'm currently sitting at 80/122.5/105.
I can live with 80 on the intake. I want the transfers at 121-120 and the exhaust at 102. Guess this is my job for tomorrow evening.

Not sure what the end use of this saw is. If a play saw that is a good plan, for a work saw I would be very cautious about raising the ports and do so minimally to adjust the blow down first. Not that hard to get back in there to adjust some more if need be.
